A dirt road in loft 'Zwaluwenburg' in the Netherlands. High suns, freezing, harsh light and dark shadows. Edited with split tones and a curves ajustment to make it look a little like a western shot.
I shot this series of images with the intent of creating a series of images from the same flower from different perspectives. They're all shot under the same lighting conditions and edited in such a way that the images are (mostly) uniform and recognizable as a series. The flower in question is a Ranunculus, but at the time I thought it was a rose. The series started out with the title 'The essence of a rose'... Oops.
